Returns

• You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the product to notify us of your intent to return it. After 30 days, we will not accept returns.
• The product must be returned in its complete and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• Only US and Canadian customers are eligible for product returns. For all other countries, we do not accept product returns - sales are ‘as is’ and final.

Refunds

• Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.
• You are responsible for the cost of return.
• Only US and Canadian customers can apply for a refund. All other countries are not eligible for refunds - sales are ‘as is’ and final.
