  • We strive to ship your order from our manufacturing site within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Services

  • We will use the shipping level of service you selected at checkout.
  • For orders qualifying for FREE shipping, we use USPS Ground, which typically takes 5 to 8 business days for delivery. FREE shipping is only available for orders within the continental United States.

Shipping Carriers

  • We use established and reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and other carriers for international delivery, to ensure your order arrives promptly and safely.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or other delivery issues.
  • If you experience delivery problems, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking information we provide upon shipment.
  • For International shipments, taxes, import surcharges and fees will be for the customer’s account.

Damaged Shipments

  • While we take great care in packaging your product, we recommend that you inspect your delivery upon arrival.
  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to address the issue.
